FREE Shakespeare in the Park continues for its 6th and Closing weekend!
We’ll be at Lincoln Park, Pratt Park, and Lower Woodland Park this weekend August 14 & 15. All performances are free, just show up and find your seat.
On the 2026 mainstage tour we present Shakespeare’s The Winter’s Tale, a romantic tale of renewal, redemption, and the transformative power of time, directed by Erin Day. Also on the mainstage, Coriolanus, Shakespeare’s most political play about pride, power, and identity in a deeply divided country, directed by Linda Lombardi. Backyard Bard will be touring abbreviated productions of The Tempest and The Two Noble Kinsmen, directed by Garth Ball.
Closing day, August 15, we present all 4 of our shows at Lower Woodland Park beginning at 1pm. Stop by to see one show, a few, or all four of them.
