2 more free ASL interpreted performances in the parks this summer!
We are proud to partner with our 2026 ASL interpreters to continue our mission to eliminate barriers that impede access to the arts by hosting two more scheduled ASL performances.
American Sign Language interpreted mainstage shows continue in Volunteer Park during August for two more FREE performances:
The Winter’s Tale – Saturday, August 8 7pm
Coriolanus – Sunday, August 9 7pm
Seattle’s recently revamped Volunteer Park Amphitheater is in one of Seattle’s oldest parks. GreenStage has been performing our Shakespeare in the Park shows here annually since 1993. Our mainstage shows take place in the Amphitheater, which is located on the west side of the main road, across and north a bit from the Seattle Asian Art Museum, and north of the reservoir.
On the 2026 mainstage tour we present Shakespeare’s The Winter’s Tale, a romantic tale of renewal, redemption, and the transformative power of time, directed by Erin Day. Also on the mainstage, Coriolanus, Shakespeare’s most political play abut pride, power, and identity in a deeply divided country, directed by Linda Lombardi.
