At the end of this weekend we’ll be halfway through our 33rd season of FREE Shakespeare in the Park. This summer has been flying by quickly so don’t miss out on your chance to see these plays before they’re gone. A Midsummer Night’s Dream will be performing at the Magnuson Park Amphitheater all weekend long. Meanwhile Backyard Bard will be performing Twelfth Night this Friday at Othello Park and then putting up a double header with The Tempest Sunday at Delridge Playfield.
It’s our 33rd season and though it’s a little bit smaller this year we will still be giving you the excellence you’ve come to expect from us. The season runs through August 14th. Our mainstage play is a 1970’s themed A Midsummer Night’s Dream directed by Taylor Davis. For our Backyard Bard series this year we have Twelfth Night and The Tempest directed by Ken Holmes.
Go see a play!
