Canon Fodder: The Winter's Tale

With our 2014 production of Othello GreenStage has completed Shakespeare’s canon! We’re continuing our celebratory look back at every play.

Today’s play is The Winter’s Tale, a rare indoor production for GreenStage at Hugo House in 2000.

Tony Driscoll directed and played Antigonus. The cast also included David J. Dodge as Leontes, Amelia Meckler as Hermione, Erin Day as Paulina, and Ryan Spickard, in his first show with GreenStage, as Polixene.

That’s Dodge and Day in the photo above from that production.

How many of GreenStage’s plays have you seen? Check our complete list of shows since 1989!
